Patti Adair (Republican Party) is running for election to the U.S. House to represent Oregon's 5th Congressional District. She declared candidacy for the 2026 election.[source]

Adair was a district-level delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention from Oregon. Adair was one of 18 delegates from Oregon bound by state party rules to support Donald Trump at the convention.[1]
