Collapse all
|- Stronger Neighborhoods. This city is built around strong neighborhoods. Too many in the 4th district do not see the benefits of neighborhood organizations.
- Smarter Growth. We need to continue to grow as a city, but to see greater reach into the fourth district. We also need to see planning around infrastructure to support that local and regional population.
- Safe Community. Safe communities come with planning and watchfulness of the indicators of change. Safety is more than less crime, it is safety on the roads for cars, bicycles and pedestrians. It is watching for early indicators that threaten our safety. Indications such as unemployment, substance use, isolation and diminishing social supports.
Public and private partnerships for regional growth.
