Patty Nolan was a judge for the Globe Regional Justice Court and Globe-Miami Magistrate Courts in Gila County, Arizona.
Judicial misconduct
Judge Nolan was charged with five counts of judicial misconduct by the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct in April of 2010. The charges included failure to diligently administer the court, delays in issuing warrants and decisions and others. Nolen acknowledged that delays had occurred, but denied that it has been deliberate or repetitive.[1][2]
