Biography

Patricia Phillips earned a bachelor's degree in music from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1986 and a juris doctorate from North Carolina Central University in 1992. Her career experience includes working as an attorney and the owner of Phillips Law Firm and as a music teacher with Andrews Elementary School. Phillips was elected to serve as a member of the Mebane City Council in 2003.[1]
