Sayes is the general manager of the Brazos Mall. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Texas A&M University. She has been involved with the Brazosport Chamber of Commerce, the Military Wives and Mom’s Association for Brazoria County and the Brazosport Center for Arts and Sciences.[1]
