Paul A. Hackner
Paul A. Hackner was a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in Maryland from 2002 to 2015. He began serving on this court June 17, 2002.[1][2] He retired from the court in July 2015.[3]
Education
Hackner received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1971 and his J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 1975.[1]
