The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) has been repeatedly abused by government agencies to spy on innocent Americans without proper oversight or accountability. This egregious overreach of power undermines the very foundations of our democracy and must be addressed immediately. From his mishandling of the Afghanistan withdrawal, resulting in the abandonment of American citizens and allies, to his failure to secure our southern border, Joe Biden has demonstrated a pattern of incompetence and neglect of duty. Furthermore, there are mounting allegations of corruption and conflicts of interest involving his family members, which demand a thorough investigation.
