Paul Cleary
Paul Cleary was a judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
Paul J. Cleary was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. He began serving in this position in July of 2002.[1] He was succeeded by Susan Huntsman.[2]
Education
Cleary received his B.S. degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1971 and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1981.[1]
Career
Cleary worked as a reporter for Tulsa World from 1977 to 1985. He began his legal career in 1985 as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Thomas Brett. The following year, he joined the firm of Boone, Smith et al., where he served as an associate and partner until 2002. In July of that year, he became a federal magistrate judge.[1]
