Paul F. Isaacs was a circuit court judge for the 14th Judicial Circuit, presiding over Bourbon, Scott, and Woodford counties of Kentucky.[1] He began serving in 2000.[2] Isaacs retired February 2, 2018.[3]

Isaacs ran for re-election to the 14th Judicial Circuit. He defeated Ethyle Noel in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 72.2 percent of the vote.[4]
Education
Isaacs received his undergraduate degree from Union College and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.[5]
Career
Before he became a judge, Isaacs served as the director of the Administrative Office of the Courts, as a commissioner for the Kentucky State Police, and as the secretary of the Kentucky Justice Cabinet.[2]
