Paul Howell was a Republican candidate for District 22 of the Arizona House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.[1]

Howell faced Eddie Farnsworth, Brett Petillo, Steve Urie, and incumbent Laurin Hendrix in the August 24 Republican primary. Howell was defeated by Eddie Farnsworth and Steve Urie in the Republican primary.[2]
