Paul Innes

Paul Innes is a judge in the General Equity Division of the Vicinage 7 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] He was appointed in 1995 and reappointed with tenure in 2002. He may serve until he reaches the mandatory retirement age in 2025.[2]
Education
Innes received his bachelor's degree from Saint Joseph's College in 1977, and earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1980.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the bench, Innes was the municipal prosecutor of Hamilton Township. From 1981 to 1986, he was an assistant prosecutor and director of the Special Investigations Unit at the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office. He also worked in as a private practice attorney for 11 years at the law offices of Hartsough, Kenny and Innes.[3]
