Paul Ishak is a judge for the Maryland Third Circuit Court in Harford County, Maryland. He was appointed to a newly created seat on the court by Gov. Larry Hogan (R) on December 7, 2016.[1]

Biography

Ishak earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. He later received his J.D. from Rutgers University. Ishak was a partner at Stark & Keenan, P.A. from 1989 until the time of his appointment. He also served as the city attorney for the City of Havre de Grace.[1]
