Paul J. Gallagher is a judge on the Summit County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Akron, Ohio. He was elected to the court in November 2006 and assumed the bench on January 1, 2007.[1] Gallagher was re-elected in November 2012 to another six-year term, expiring on December 31, 2018.[2]

Gallagher received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1966, his master's degree from John Hopkins University in 1980, and his J.D. from the University of Akron in 1986.[1]

Gallagher defeated Dave Lombardi in the primary election on March 6, winning 61.84% of the vote.[2][4][5]
