Paul Joyce

Biography
Joyce served in the U.S. Navy from 1984 to 1988 and graduated in 1991 from Indiana State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Joyce began interning with the Indiana Board of Accounts in 1990 and became a formal employee in 1991. Former Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels (R) appointed Joyce deputy state examiner in 2005. In 2013, former Gov. Mike Pence (R) appointed Joyce Indiana State Examiner. Gov. Eric Holcomb (R) reappointed him Indiana State Examiner in 2017 and 2021.[1][2]
