Paul Conway Leahy (1904-1966) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

Leahy was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on December 23, 1941, to a seat vacated by John Percy Nields; he was confirmed by the Senate on January 7, 1942, and received his commission on January 14, 1942. he served as chief judge from 1948-1957. He assumed senior status on October 7, 1957, and served in that capacity until his death on July 3, 1966.[1] Leahy was succeeded in this position by Edwin Steel.
