Paul McKinley (Iowa)
Paul McKinley is a former Republican member of the Iowa State Senate, representing District 36 from 2001 to 2013. He served as Senate Minority Leader in 2012.
Biography
McKinley earned his B.A. from the University of Iowa in 1971. His professional experience includes serving as the CEO of Neely Manufacturing. He has also been director of the Governor's Model County Program-Wayne County.

On November 4, 2008, McKinley was re-elected to the 36th District Seat in the Iowa State Senate, defeating Deb Ballalatak (D).[3] McKinley raised $35,140 for his campaign, while Ballalatak raised $7,133.[4]
