I am in the Insurance Business 44 years, married to my High School sweetheart 47 years, Father of 7 and Grandfather of 22.

I am Conservative and am running for office as I believe we need more Conservatives in Leadership in our Government. I love our Nation and am a proud native of the Great State of Indiana. I feel as though we all lived through the last two years in a Bizzarro World, where Gov't shut down Churches, closed Businesses, Mandated masks, vaccines, etc.

I want Gov't to get out of the way and allow us to decide what precautions we will take going forward with any other Emergencies that may arise.
  • FAITH, Free excersize of our 1st Amendment Right to Religion, Peacable Assembly, and freedom of Speech
  • FAMILY, Parents have an active roll in what our Children and Grandchildren are taught in school, NO to CRT, DEI,SEL and no to trans boys playing in girls sports or entering girls bathrooms and locker room, NO Thank You!
  • FREEDOM, Indiana effective July 1st is giving us back our Constitutional Carry Rights afforded in the 2nd Amendment, the baseline is that State Government should never interfere with our Rights Granted in the Constitution
Fiscal Responsibility of Government, they take too much of our money and do some really unnecessary things that many taxpayers find objectionable to their moral and religious beliefs, like funding Abortion.

Our State should move away from Pensions and transition to the 401K type programs eliminating unfunded liabilities.
Much can be saved without sacrificing quality of care for the Medicare/Medicaid group at no cost to Government, I am surprised this has not already been done, I can help.

I believe we can do more to protect the unborn.

I love the quote" Government isn't the answer to your problem, Government IS the problem.
I have been married for 47 years, I can keep a promise

My 7 children are all married and successful in their business or career
My 22 Grandchildren are likely to change the world

Those things happen as a result of commitment, hard work and prayer!

I know what is needed to have a successful outcome and am willing to do the hard work to make it happen
To prevent the intrusion of Government into the lives of Citizens.

Of the People, for the People, by the People

Not of he Government, for the Government Officials, by the Government officials!

The word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even the the deviding asunder of Soul and Spirit and of the joints and the marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and the intent of the heart. Hebrews 4;12

Respect

The legislature is making law based on what they are hearing from the People in the State, the Governor should have a great deal of respect for that.

Our legislature just passed a bill banning Trans Males from competing in girls sports and our Governor Vetoed it!, The legislature is scheduled to override that Veto in May! Not sure what the Governor is gaining here.
I notice Government tends to drift out of it's lane often, requiring more of our money to do things we don't want, they tend to legalize many things like Gambling, Marijuana, simply because they now get revenue from it, it used to be against the law but now that we get revenue its OK.
The answer to the question is to stay fiscally solvent while not leaning towards every possible way of generating more cash.
I don't like it, the balance of our current system is needed.
NO it is a detriment

Career Politicians are a problem, Term Limits YES Please!

I am running for office at age 66 because we have raised our Family and are empty nesters, maximum I have is 8 years to give
Yes, many legislators share common goals for government, a coalition of like minded legislators can get some things done
Current process is acceptable to me.
