Paul P. Panepinto
Paul P. Panepinto was a judge on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Panepinto was appointed to the court in 1990 by then-Governor Robert P. Casey Sr. He was elected in 1991 to his first full term. He was retained in 2001 and 2011. Panepinto ran for election to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2015.[2] He was defeated in the general election.
Education
Panepinto received his B.A. and M.A. in political science from Villanova University and in 1976, his J.D. from Widener University School of Law.[3]
Career
Panepinto began his career in the legal system as a probation officer. He next worked as an attorney in private practice, which he was until his appointment to the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in 1990.[3]

Commonwealth Court
Panepinto ran for an open seat on the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. He was defeated by Anne Covey in the Republican primary on May 17, receiving only 29.8% of the vote.[5][6]
