|My wife and I have lived in unincorporated Riverside County since 1994 where we raised our family. For nearly three decades I’ve served in various volunteer, appointed and elected positions. I graduated from San Jose State University with my bachelor’s degree and earned my MBA from the University of La Verne.
I’m passionate about water and water related issues. My experience as a customer of WMWD and as Director for a local water retailer guide my approach to customer advocacy. As your representative I will work boldly to: • Ensure water/sewer rates, connection fees, and system improvements are transparent, realistic, and equitable • Identify reliable sources of water • Support long term planning, fiscal responsibility, and deliberate investment to minimize impacts of future droughts • Represent all ratepayers and ensure your concerns are heard at local, regional, and state levels
- Rates must be fair, clearly defined and plan for the future.
- Financial accountability and transparency are critical for effective community engagement.
- Conservation and preservation of available water sources are key to reliability and economic growth.
