Paul Rosenthal (Minnesota)
Paul Rosenthal is a former Democratic-Farmer-Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 49B from 2009 to 2019. Rosenthal did not file to run for re-election in 2018.
Rosenthal previously represented District 41B from 2009 to 2011.
Biography
Rosenthal earned his B.A. in Metropolitan Studies and Urban Planning from New York University. His professional experience includes working as a currency trader.[1]

2014
Elections for the Minnesota House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on August 12, 2014, and a general election took place on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 3, 2014. Incumbent Paul Rosenthal was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Barb Sutter was unopposed in the Republican primary. Rosenthal defeated Sutter in the general election.[6][7][8]

Rosenthal won election in the 2012 election for Minnesota House of Representatives District 49B. He was unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 14 and defeated Terry Jacobson (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[9]

2010
Rosenthal ran for re-election to the District 41B seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Pat Mazorol (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[10]

On November 4, 2008, Paul Rosenthal won election to the District 41B Seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives, defeating Jan Schneider. [11]
