Paul Sarlo (Democratic Party) is a member of the New Jersey State Senate, representing District 36. He assumed office in 2003. His current term ends on January 11, 2028.
Sarlo (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the New Jersey State Senate to represent District 36. He won in the general election on November 7, 2023.
Sarlo has served as a state Senate deputy majority leader.[1]
Biography
Sarlo earned his B.S and his M.S. in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.[2] His professional experience includes working as chief operating officer of Joseph M. Sanzari Inc. and as the chief engineer for Bishop-Sanzari Heavy Construction. He was a councilman for the Wood-Ridge Borough Council from 1995 to 2000.[3]
