Spencer ran in the 2012 election for Washington House of Representatives, District 14-Position 1. Spencer ran unopposed in the August 7 blanket primary election and was defeated by incumbent Norm Johnson (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
2010
Paul Spencer ran for re-election to the Washington House of Representatives District 15-Position 1. He ran unopposed in the August 17, 2010, primary and was defeated by Republican Bruce Chandler in the November 2, 2010, general election.[3]
