Biography

Paul Strommen was born in Sleepy Hollow, New York. He graduated from North Shore High School in 1989. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado, Denver in 1998. His career experience includes being a small business owner. He previously served on the Sidney City Council.[1]
