Paul W. Garfinkel was a family court judge for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly in May 1995.[2][3] He retired in 2014.[4]
Education
Garfinkel received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1970.[2]
