Paul X. Williams (1908-1994) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

Williams was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on May 24, 1967, to a seat vacated by John Elvis Miller; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 12, 1967, and received commission that same day. He served as chief judge from 1973 until he assumed senior status on October 31, 1981. He served until his death on January 24, 1994. Williams was succeeded in this position by Hugh Waters.
