Paul Young is a judge of the Caddo Parish Juvenile Court in Louisiana.[1] He was elected to the court in 1999 and his current term expires on December 31, 2020.[2]
Education
Young received his undergraduate degree from Centenary College and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law.[3]
