Paul Zakaib, Jr. was a judge for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, which presides over Kanawha County in West Virginia.[1] Zakaib began serving as a judge for the court in 1986. In July 2014, he announced his upcoming retirement from the court. He retired on August 31, 2014.[2]
Education
Zakaib received his undergraduate degree from the University of Charleston and his LL.B. from West Virginia University.[3]
Career
Before he became a judge, Zakaib worked as an attorney in private practice and served as an attorney for the West Virginia Tax Commission.[2]
