Payton McGarry
Payton McGarry was a candidate for District 3 representative on the Greensboro City Council in North Carolina. He withdrew from the race in August 2017. Because McGarry withdrew after the official withdrawal deadline of July 18, 2017, his name still appeared on the primary election ballot.[1]
