Peachtree PAC is a super PAC affiliated with the Senate Leadership Fund, a super PAC that was founded to support a Republican majority in the U.S. Senate. Peachtree PAC was formed in November 2020 to be active in Georgia's runoff elections for U.S. Senate. The elections took place January 5, 2021.[1]
Mission
Senate Leadership Fund President Steven Law said, "The fate of our country hangs in the balance in Georgia. This new activity through Peachtree PAC will articulate the stakes couldn’t be higher as the future of freedom is on the ballot."[2]
Activity
As of December 30, 2020, Open Secrets reported the group had spent $37.8 million—$24.8 million equally divided between opposing regular election candidate Jon Ossoff (D) and special election candidate Raphael Warnock (D) in the Senate runoff elections and $13 million equally divided between supporting incumbents David Perdue (R) and Kelly Loeffler (R).[3]
