Pedro J. Malaret was a candidate for a seat on the Ninth Circuit Court of Florida in 2012.[1]
2012 election
Malaret ran for election on Aug. 14, 2012, but was defeated by incumbent Judge Timothy Shea after receiving 32.8% of the vote.[2][3]
