Pedro Martinez

Biography
Pedro Martinez earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Guam. His career experience includes working as Deputy Executive Manager of A. B. Won Pat International Airport Authority. Martinez served in the United States Army Reserve from 1978 to 2006.[1]
