Pedro P. Echarte Jr. was a judge of the Florida 11th Circuit Court. He left office on January 7, 2025.

Echarte won re-election for judge of the Florida 11th Circuit Court outright after the general election on November 6, 2018, was canceled.

Biography

Education

Echarte was born in Cuba on October 21, 1952. He received his B.A. degree from Florida State University in 1975 and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami in 1979.[1][2]

Career

Echarte's professional experience includes working as an assistant public defender, as an associate of the law firm of Simon, Schindler & Sandberg, P.A., and as a solo practitioner with his own firm, Pedro P. Echarte, Jr., P.A.[1]
