There is not much to say about me. I am a simple man that wakes up every day at 4:30 in the morning to provide for his family. I am not a politician, and I graduated from the greatest business school in the world, the school of hard work, dedication, and commitment. I am 51 years old with the set of values that makes me do what I say, and keeping my word is truly my bond.
  • Introduce a bill to lower Property Tax
  • Create term limits for all the legislative branches of the state government
  • Environmental protection through innovation
Property taxes in New Jersey is a concern at every level. People are leaving the state at an alarming number because of how expensive it is to live in the state. Retention of the talent produced in the state should be a priority. All industries should see NJ as a location full of the best talent possible. NJ is in desperate need of a property tax reform. We are the highest property tax state in the nation. There are other ways to provide revenue without sacrificing our education programs.
President Barrack Obama. He is a very inspirational person in it appears that we share the same core values as Americans and fellow human beings.
Honesty, stay true to the principles you were thought as child. We all know what is right and what is wrong keep your word.
I have a deep desire to help resolve the current financial situation of this state. As a business professional, with an impeccable record of problem-solving and team-building skills. I can start to reenergize the assembly with new ideas, passion, and commitment towards meeting the needs of the people each member represents.
Be a true representative of the people that put you in office. Vote and create bills in accordance to the needs of your district, and the people you represent. Have an open door policy were you can have open dialog with the people you represent and provide progress report of your performance good or bad.
The architect of the revolution, that provided lower property taxes and term limits for all the legislators.
My first job was as a machine operator at a factory in Kennebunk Maine. I was there for three years.
I have two books that are my favorite; The Goal by Eliyahu Goldratt - It connects me directly with my passion for problem-solving, people development, and building a process that is sustainable for years to come. My second favorite book is; 100 years of solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, this book transports me to the time of my grandfather and his struggles, it keeps me grounded.
The relationship is built with open communication, trust, and collaboration from both sides. Keyword built and all start with dialogue and respect for each other's needs.
The unicameral system is a lot simpler and therefore, easier to maneuver through. You are more accountable for the decisions you make. The disadvantage could be that law being created may not have been well enough deliberated.
No, it is my belief that it is actually necessary to ensure that a continuous flow of new legislators would benefit the people of the state. People that hold office for a long period of time tend to lack vision and become stagnant.
It is extremely important to build strong relationships with as many legislators as possible, not having the ability to create and develop those relationships could be disastrous to the people you represent. The need for collaboration, brainstorming, and problem-solving is a key part of the job, One cannot do that without the support of others in the legislation.
End Gerrymandering. People should be able to choose their representation.
No- I do not want to be a career politician. I want to help fix the state property tax problem and then pass the baton to the next generation.
There are people in my neighborhood that are struggling to make ends meet, these folks are hard-working people that go to work every day and still have to cut essential things to ensure their taxes are paid. They are afraid of losing their home because they cannot pay their tax bill. During the pandemic, some parents had to work two jobs to make it because of their primary jobs being closed. But the taxes had to be paid or lose the house. It was not fun seeing hard-working people go through this.
No emergency powers should be granted without the proper check and balances that would ensure the
legislatures may retain the power to nullify an emergency proclamation by a resolution.
Yes if it is towards the benefit of the people you represent. Compromising to satisfy party lines and not the people you serve is unacceptable.
