Pedro Roybal (Republican Party) (also known as Pete) ran for election to the Colorado House of Representatives to represent District 28. He lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.

The Republican candidate in the race, Marijane Paulsen, withdrew from the race after the withdrawal deadline. Her name still appeared on the primary ballot on June 30, 2020. Every vote that Paulsen received in the primary was given to Roybal.
