Peggy Carr Kittel is a former judge on the Seventh Judicial District in Kansas. She was appointed by Governor Kathleen Sebelius in March 2008 and retained in 2010.[1] She was retained again in 2014 for a term that expired on January 13, 2019.[2] Carr Kittel retired on December 31, 2019.[3]

Carr Kittel was retained to District 7 with 76.3 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2] 

2010

Kittel was retained to the district court with 76.92% of the vote.[4][5]

Kittel received a B.S. and J.D. from the University of Kansas.[6]

Career

Kittel served as a pro tem judge in the Seventh Judicial District from 2001 until her appointment in 2008. She has previously served as an assistant district attorney in Douglas County and Wyandotte County. She has worked in private practice with the law firm Allen, Cooley & Allen, which is now called Gilliland & Hayes.[1]
