Penney Luhrs

Penney Luhrs ran for an open seat on the Pike County Magisterial County. She was defeated by Debi Fischer in both parties' primaries on May 17. She received 16.6% in the Democratic primary and 15.7% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] All candidates running for the seat were cross-endorsed by the Republican and Democratic parties.[2]
Luhrs has received notification that she is certified to perform the duties of a Magisterial District Judge.[2]
