Penney S. Azcarate
Penney S. Azcarate is a judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit in Virginia. She was elected by the Virginia General Assembly on February 25, 2015, and took office on July 1. Her eight-year term will expire on June 30, 2023.[1][2]
Education
Azcarate received her undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Old Dominion University in 1988 and her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law in 1998.[3]
