Biography
Pennie May Landry was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned a high school diploma from the St. Joseph's Academy, and a bachelor's degree from the Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge in 1980. Her career experience includes working as a community advocate.[1]
