Pennsylvania's 19th Congressional District
The 19th Congressional District of Pennsylvania was a congressional district that was eliminated in the 2010 Census redistricting process. During the 2010 redistricting process, Pennsylvania had one seat in the U.S. House taken away due to population changes across the country. The 19th Congressional District ceased to exist after the 2012 elections.
The final representative of the 19th Congressional District was Todd Russell Platts (R).

2010
On November 2, 2010, Platts won re-election to the United States House of Representatives. He defeated Ryan S. Sanders and Joshua A. Monighan in the general election.[1]
