Two down ballot state executive positions were up for election in the state of Pennsylvania in 2012.
The primary was held on April 24, 2012, with the general election on November 6, 2012.
Auditor
The Pennsylvania Auditor General election was held on November 6, 2012. The primary took place on May 8, 2012. Incumbent Jack Wagner (D) was term-limited and could not seek re-election. He was first elected in 2004. State representatives Eugene DePasquale (D) and John Maher (R) competed in the general election alongside third-party candidate Betsy Summers. The election was won by DePasquale.[1]

The Pennsylvania Treasurer election was held on November 6, 2012. The primary took place on April 24, 2012. Incumbent Rob McCord (D) won re-election.[5] He was first elected in 2008.
