Penny Sikora
Penny Sikora was a 2016 nonpartisan candidate for District 9 of the Milwaukee City Council in Wisconsin. He was defeated in the primary election on February 16, 2016.
Biography
Sikora's professional experience includes running a small business, working as a corrections officer and serving as a legislative director for the Amalgamated Transit Union Local 998. He is the membership chair of Learning for Life, a character education program.[1]
