Question 2: Shall the sale of beer be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Perry Post Restaurant an applicant for a D-1 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant at 7230 Scio Road SE, Perry Township, Scio, Ohio 43988 in this precinct?[3] |
