Perry Township Cemetery Levy Addition (March 2012)
A Perry Township Cemetery Levy Addition measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Perry which is in Pickaway County.
The measure was approved
- YES 60 (53.57%)
- NO 52 (46.43%)[1]
This measure sought to add to the cemetery levy by a rate of $.15 per $100 of assessed property value for a period of five years in order to further pay for cemetery maintenance and operational costs in the township.[2]

The question on the ballot:
An additional tax for the benefit of Perry Township for the purpose of MAINTAINING AND OPERATING THE CEMETERY at a rate not exceeding one and five-tenths (1.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amount to fifteen cents ($0.15) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
