Perrysburg Rezoning Referendum (November 2009)
There was a Perrysburg Rezoning Referendum on the November 3 ballot in Wood County.
After a long political debate, the board of elections allowed two parcels of land around the Perrysburg township to be up for a vote about rezoning of the areas. It would have been rezoned as residential property and thus would be able to be developed as builders want to add new houses to the town.[1]
