Pete De La Garza was a judge for the Kleberg County Court in Texas.[1] His term expired in 2010 when he was defeated in the judicial election.
Garza was again a candidate for the court in 2014.[2]

Primary: He was defeated in the Democratic primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 46.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Juan M. Escobar.
