Peter A.D. McGlashan
Peter A.D. McGlashan was a judge for the Volusia County Court in Volusia County, Florida. He was appointed to this office by former Governor Jeb Bush on December 8, 2005.[1][2] McGlashan was defeated in his bid for re-election to the court on August 26, 2014, and left the bench at the end of his term in 2014.[3][4]

Primary: He was defeated in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 40.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Angela Dempsey.

Education
McGlashan earned his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993.[5]
Career
McGlashan became a judge for the Volusia County Court in 2005, when he was appointed to the court by former Governor Jeb Bush. Prior to joining the court, McGlashan served as a prosecutor for the Seventh Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office.[5]
