Peter D. Haviza is a superior court judge for the Randolph County Superior Court in Randolph County, Indiana. He has served as a judge for the court since 1999.[1]
Haviza was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[2]

Education
Haviza received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1969 and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1976.[1][3]
Career
Before he became a judge, Haviza worked as an attorney in private practice in Winchester and Muncie, Indiana. He also previously served as an attorney for the Randolph Central School Corporation, the Union School Corporation, the town of Parker City, and the Randolph County Solid Waste Management District.[1]
