Peter J. Kilmartin
Peter J. Kilmartin was the presiding district court judge for the Ayer District Court, and also served on the Concord District Court, in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. He was appointed in 1990 by Governor Michael Dukakis. He retired in 2014. J. Elizabeth Cremens succeeded him as the presiding judge on the Ayer District Court.[1][2][3]
Education
Kilmartin received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University in 1967 and his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1970.[3]
Military service
Kilmartin was in the Judge Advocate General's Corps for four years. He also spent 20 years in the U.S. Army Reserve.[3]
