Peter J. Melchionne

Peter J. Melchionne is the presiding judge of the Vicinage 2 Superior Court Family Division in New Jersey.[1] He was appointed in 2008 was reappointed in 2015. He may serve until he reaches the mandatory retirement age in 2027.[2] He was appointed as the presiding judge in April 2015 to replace Judge Bonnie J. Mizdol, who became the vicinage's administrative judge.[3]

Melchionne received his J.D. from Seton Hall University.[2]
