Peter Lake
Peter Lake was a member of the Texas Public Utility Commission. He assumed office on April 21, 2021. He left office on July 1, 2023.
Lake served as Chair of the Texas Public Utility Commission from April 12, 2021 to June 7, 2023, when he was replaced on an interim basis by Kathleen Jackson.[1]
Biography
Peter Lake earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago and a master's degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Lake's career experience includes working with Lake Ronel Oil Company, VantageCap Partners, and Gambit Trading.[2]

Texas Public Utility Commission (2021-2023)
Lake was appointed to the commission by Governor Greg Abbott (R) on April 12, 2021.[2] He was confirmed on April 20, 2021, and took office on April 21, 2021.[3]. He stepped down as a member of the Texas Public Utility Commission on July 1, 2023. [4]
